Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a reliable means of communication such as a phone
- Must have reliable means of transportation, public or private
- Must have legal right to work in the United States
- Must have ability to speak, read, and write English

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Six months to one year of previous work experience
- Good reading and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to carry out written and verbal instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to provide high quality customer service
- Competent in operating cash registers and handling cash
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move within the kitchen area for extended periods
- Ability to write routine correspondence including logs and reports
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks according to customer specifications
- Maintain good customer relations and ensure speedy delivery of all beverages and food items
- Arrange coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs for attractive displays
- Keep bar/cart area neat and sanitary
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas regularly
- Record sales, collect money, operate cash register, and follow cash-handling procedures
- Sell food items when required
- Attend in-service, safety, allergy, and foodborne illness training sessions
- Comply with company HACCP policies and safety and risk management procedures
- Report accidents and injuries promptly
- Participate in safety meetings, training, and hazard assessments
- Perform other duties as assigned
