Job Requirements

Minimum 1-year previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for quality
Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks teas and specialty items
Operate Turbo Chef oven following instruction and safety requirements cooking all breakfast sandwiches correctly
Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines grinders and brewers with precision
Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation to enhance their experience
Take orders accurately including customizations and dietary preferences
Maintain cleanliness of the café area equipment and seating zones
Restock supplies like coffee beans syrups cups and pastries
