Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Must be 18 years or older
Basic food safety knowledge preferred
Reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work as part of a team
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages as well as sweet offerings in accordance with established service standards
Clean, sanitize and maintain the store
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory and communicate shortages as necessary
Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues
Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
Additional duties as assigned
