Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical activities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Be a warm host and provide exceptional guest service throughout
  • Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee, tea, and sustainability practices with guests
  • Be a coffee and tea expert by completing training and engaging guests with passion
  • Generate new guests and build a loyal customer base
  • Maintain safety by ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
  • Contribute to store tidiness, organize stock, and innovate ways to improve operations
  • Take initiative with tasks, ideas, and contribute to the overall success of the store
