Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Available to work part-time hours between 5am and 8pm
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and dedication to creating a positive customer experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Operate coffee making equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
- Uphold company core values in all interactions with guests and coworkers
