Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation to the work location
- willingness to learn and follow franchisee-specific policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- passion for specialty coffee and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
- operate coffee equipment and cash register
- restock supplies and manage inventory
- follow health and safety regulations
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
