Job Duties

  • Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from a complex combination of ingredients according to standardized recipes
  • learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
  • work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
  • multitask across duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation
  • operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues and refer to leadership if unresolved
  • identify and correct ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
  • prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
  • create personalized experiences for customers demonstrating product knowledge and accuracy
  • perform effective service recovery if products do not meet customer expectations
