Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
capable of standing for extended periods
trustworthy and reliable
good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail and commitment to high quality
willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

greet and engage customers with a friendly attitude
prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
operate coffee machines and other equipment safely
handle cash and process transactions accurately
ensure all ingredients are stocked and replenished as needed
support team members during busy periods
