Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Customer service focus and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team
Experience in food and beverage preferred but not required
Knowledge of math for cost calculations and cash handling
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
Able to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment
ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
Excellent customer service skills with effective communication in English
Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational abilities
Positive interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing
Capacity to stand for long periods in varying temperature environments

Job Duties

Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests and team members
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and espresso beverages according to established recipes
Operate, dismantle, clean, and maintain coffee-making equipment
Accurately process payments using point-of-sale system while adhering to cash handling procedures
Greet and take guest orders promptly within 30 seconds of arrival
Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues and responding to inquiries timely
Support team by assisting in training new employees and other restaurant areas when needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment free from safety hazards
