Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service focus and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team
  • Experience in food and beverage preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of math for cost calculations and cash handling
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Able to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills with effective communication in English
  • Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational abilities

  • Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing
  • Capacity to stand for long periods in varying temperature environments

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests and team members
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and espresso beverages according to established recipes
  • Operate, dismantle, clean, and maintain coffee-making equipment
  • Accurately process payments using point-of-sale system while adhering to cash handling procedures
  • Greet and take guest orders promptly within 30 seconds of arrival
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues and responding to inquiries timely
  • Support team by assisting in training new employees and other restaurant areas when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment free from safety hazards
