Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service focus and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team
- Experience in food and beverage preferred but not required
- Knowledge of math for cost calculations and cash handling
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
- Able to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred

- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills with effective communication in English
- Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Positive interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing
- Capacity to stand for long periods in varying temperature environments
Job Duties
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests and team members
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and espresso beverages according to established recipes
- Operate, dismantle, clean, and maintain coffee-making equipment
- Accurately process payments using point-of-sale system while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Greet and take guest orders promptly within 30 seconds of arrival
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues and responding to inquiries timely
- Support team by assisting in training new employees and other restaurant areas when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment free from safety hazards
