Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or food service preferred
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea products is a plus

Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example and advocate for the team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Become a coffee and tea expert and share passion with guests
- Generate new guests and foster first-time store visits
- Ensure safety and health of employees and guests as the highest priority
- Contribute to store success by assisting with cleaning, organizing stock, and innovating processes
- Build store presence by connecting with the local community as a brand advocate
