Job Requirements
- Previous food and beverage preparation experience
- must be 18+ years of age
- responsible beverage service (rbs) certification
- adept at being organized and able to multi-task
- must possess an energetic, positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
- able to communicate with individuals from different backgrounds, using strong interpersonal skills
- ability to learn the menu thoroughly and answer food and beverage related questions from guests
- able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- can perform high quality work while unsupervised
- follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- maintain regular and punctual attendance
- be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business demands
- willingly perform other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned by management

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a fond farewell
- engage them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- responsible for hand crafting beverages for guests
- handle payments on the POS efficiently and accurately
- ensure merchandise and goods are stocked appropriately, maintain accurate and up to date inventory
- maintain a positive demeanor
- upsell additional items offered to enhance profitability
- become familiar with the property and surrounding areas, as well as all returning guests and their special requests
- multi-tasking and general cleaning to maintain a clean and inviting environment
- provide exceptional guest hospitality and service to ensure guests enjoy their experience
- perform other duties as assigned
