availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

leadership experience for shift leader positions

Job Duties

prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages
maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
support team members and communicate effectively
follow health and safety guidelines
assist shift leader with daily operational tasks
