- 2-3 years of food service experience required
- ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
- ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
- knowledge of food service line setup and temperature requirements
- ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
- understanding of safety procedures

Job Duties
- attends to day-to-day problems and needs concerning equipment and food supplies
- detects and ensures disposition of spoiled or unattractive food and defective supplies or equipment
- conveys food and supplies from preparation areas to serving sites
- follows prescribed procedures in setting up food lines and machines
- cleans and maintains work areas including floors, equipment, and utensils
- prepares or assists in preparation of various food items
- replenishes foods and utensils at serving stations
- serves food items to customers ensuring proper portions and presentation
