Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and punctual
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is advantageous
Ability to operate coffee and espresso equipment is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset
Basic math skills for handling cash and orders

Job Duties

Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and sweet offerings according to service standards
Clean, sanitize and maintain store
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
Ensure consistent product availability by maintaining adequate inventory and communicating shortages
Efficiently serve customers with knowledge of offerings
Research and resolve quality and service complaints or issues
Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries
Perform additional duties as assigned
