Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Passion for coffee and customer service
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks and other menu items
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Operate coffee and food preparation equipment safely and efficiently
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Follow all health and safety regulations
