Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds

- basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation

- high school diploma or equivalent required
Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service
- take and process beverage and snack orders accurately
- prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
- ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards
- maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly
- restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift
- keep all areas-workstations, kitchen, and dining areas-clean and organized
- adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols
