Job Duties

  • Prepare ordered beverages using approved recipes according to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point principles
  • Perform dishwashing duties
  • Stock refrigerator, cold drink display, and open merchandise "Grab and Go" case as needed
  • Process gift shop transactions using hospital point of sale system under manager guidance
  • Manage shop inventory by moving stock from storage to display areas
  • Perform shop set up and closing duties as directed by manager
  • Ensure work areas are clean, orderly, and well-maintained continuously
