Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent customer service skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and other physical tasks
  • commitment to upholding company values of friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • willingness to comply with safety and environmental conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in retail or food service preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for coffee and tea culture
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of basic safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
  • lead by example and drive sales and service performance through coaching and training
  • act as a coffee and tea expert by providing passion and training to share with guests
  • generate new guests by creating a welcoming store environment
  • ensure safety and health of employees and guests are a top priority
  • contribute to store success by assisting with cleaning, organizing, and innovating store operations
  • build store presence by connecting with the local community as an advocate of the brand
