Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to operate espresso machines and other related equipment
  • basic math skills including cash handling
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible part-time schedule including occasional Saturdays
  • strong commitment to agency's mission
  • ability to work in team environment
  • attention to detail and reliability

  • have working knowledge of Point Of Sale system and operation
  • excellent communication skills, including ability to relate effectively with people from various backgrounds

Job Duties

  • Help maintain operations of The Mill
  • participate in training new employees
  • communicate internally and externally in a tactful, courteous, and professional manner
  • record and deliver pertinent messages and follow up on calls or correspondence as needed
  • exhibit professionalism when communicating with BCH employees and public contacts
  • represent BCH and The Mill ministry professionally
  • keep supervisors informed on status of work responsibilities
  • carry out assignments and directives of the Manager of Fancy Finds and The Mill
  • interact appropriately with staff in a team environment
  • perform other tasks assigned by the Manager of Fancy Finds and The Mill
