Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset

- Passion for coffee and tea
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Job Duties
- Be a warm host - guide guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
- Create coffee moments - share your knowledge, our coffee, and our sustainability practices with guests
- Be a coffee and tea expert - you bring the passion, we provide the training, and you share it with the guest
- Generate new guests by providing outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere
- Care about safety ensuring safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to store tidiness, organize stock, innovate new methods, and take initiative
- Maintain adherence to company policies including health, safety, and operational standards
