Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process payments through various payment systems
- Assist with packaging and labeling of to-go and carryout orders
- Manage orders placed via online platforms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting warmly with customers
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
