Job Requirements
- Minimum age as required by law
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example and advocate for your team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Be a coffee and tea expert by learning from provided training and sharing passion with guests
- Generate new guests by building store presence and engaging the local community
- Care about safety by prioritizing safe and healthy environments for employees and guests
- Contribute to store success by helping with cleaning, stock organization, and innovative ideas
- Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with the local community to build store presence
