Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities such as lifting and balancing
- Commitment to uphold safety standards and company policies
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for coffee, tea, and sustainability
- Experience in retail or food and beverage environment preferred
- Ability to manage store operations and make decisions during shifts
- Willingness to learn and share product knowledge

Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example and advocate for the team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Serve as a coffee and tea expert by undergoing training and sharing passion with guests
- Generate new guests and build brand presence through excellent store experiences
- Ensure safety by prioritizing a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to store operations by assisting with cleaning, organizing stock, and implementing innovative ideas
- Build community connections to support store presence and guest engagement
