- Greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcome
- taking orders and preparing coffee, smoothies, and other beverages using Scooter's recipes
- crafting drinks with care and precision

- maintaining cleanliness of the store including counter and dining area
- restocking supplies to ensure product availability
- suggestively selling complementary products to enhance customer experience
