Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to customers
- Engage with customers to provide friendly and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Operate coffee brewing and espresso equipment efficiently
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and inventory as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
