Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience in a cafe, coffee bar, or fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred
Current food handler's card or ability to obtain one prior to the start date
Friendly, punctual, and thrives in a team-oriented, high-volume environment
Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and product quality

Job Duties

Greet guests with warmth, take orders accurately, and make thoughtful recommendations
Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee beverages, and bakery items to brand standards
Ensure aesthetically pleasing presentation of all drinks and pastries
Monitor and maintain the appearance and inventory of the bakery display
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including all brewing and prep equipment
Communicate effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
