Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, climb ladders or stairs
- ability to use hands for precision tasks
- ability to smell, taste, listen, and speak
- willingness to complete barista training and validation
- commitment to company values and sustainability goals

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and team members
- make and serve a variety of beverages with multiple brewing and preparation methods
- prepare and serve food items
- stay knowledgeable about current beverage and food offerings and preparation techniques
- taste beverages regularly to ensure quality and uphold standards
- create community in cafes through sharing coffee knowledge and passion with guests and teammates
- support cafe operations through cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks
- contribute to sustainability goals
- uphold health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- promote a safe and respectful work environment
- complete barista training and 90-day validation post-hire
