Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with safety and operational guidelines
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service preferred

- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
Job Duties
- Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee, tea, and sustainability practices with guests
- Be a coffee and tea expert by participating in training and sharing passion with guests
- Generate new guests by engaging with the community and encouraging store visits
- Care about safety ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to the tidiness and organization of the store stock and innovate new ways to improve operations
- Take initiative with tasks and ideas adding to the overall success of the store
