Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Strong passion for coffee and tea
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, lifting, reaching, and walking
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong interest in coffee and tea culture
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Become a coffee and tea expert through provided training and share that expertise with guests
- Generate new guests by engaging both in-store and online customers
- Ensure safety of employees and guests by maintaining a safe and healthy workspace
- Take pride in store tidiness, organize stock, innovate new processes and contribute to overall success
- Take initiative with tasks and ideas to improve the store environment
