Job Requirements
- Ability to work between 32-40 hours per week for full-time positions
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week for part-time positions
- Availability to work shop hours from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Availability to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as needed
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations in the Greater Seattle Area
- Positive attitude and willingness to perform various tasks including cleaning and organizing
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and different locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for organic and sustainable food
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and organic donuts to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store including washing dishes and cleaning tables
- Assist customers with questions and resolve any issues in a friendly and timely manner
- Promote organic food items and company values to customers
- Support sales goals and contribute to the success of the location
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with organizing the children’s table and other special sections
