2+ years of barista or caf experience preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and espresso drinks
Heat and serve pastries and light food items
Create seasonal beverages and keep up with drink trends
Manage caf inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Provide friendly service to families in a kid-friendly environment
Assist with events and busy times as needed
Help train and guide future caf staff as the business grows
