Job Qualifications

- Previous Barista experience is a plus but not required
- Current WA Food Worker Card
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages, adhering to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with residents, employees, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment, workstations, and seating areas
- Perform routine clean-up and sanitation duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of residents and staff
- Uphold quality control standards to ensure resident satisfaction
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
