- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus
- ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately

- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- willingness to learn and undergo training on coffee preparation and customer service techniques

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- follow recipes and guidelines for food and beverage preparation
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- upsell additional products or menu items to customers
