Job Requirements

Clearances with renewal including Act 31, 33, 34, 73
Ability to work full time
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work varied shifts
Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Previous cashier experience preferred
Ability to operate espresso machines and video screens
Knowledge of Starbucks products and preparation standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow cash handling policies

Job Duties

Welcome questions and educate guests
Make espresso drinks, smoothies and coolers that are delivered to the guest in less than three minutes
Operate espresso machine and video screen
Identify each drink and delivery
Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with store standards
Follow cash handling procedures and policies
Contribute to store profitability and sales goals
Learn and demonstrate creating the Starbucks experience
Offer customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment
Discover customer needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals
Prepare and produce all drinks to Starbucks standards
Batch like drinks together
Keep guest areas clean
Respond to customer needs and thank each customer
Demonstrate the Just Say Yes behavior by taking care of customers’ needs
Follow store policy and procedures
