Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Three months related experience and/or training helpful
Experience working as a barista preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Work Permit
Valid health card
Hepatitis A vaccination
Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification
Payment Card Industry Training
Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening

Job Duties

Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and KTEA Franchise Operations Policies and Procedures
Develops enthusiastically satisfied guests all of the time
Welcomes and connects with every guest
Discover guest needs and appropriately suggests product to enhance service and meet sales goals
Offers guests demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment
Responds to guests needs and says thank you to every guest
Provides quality beverages consistently for all guests
Prepares beverages to standards
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
Maintains quality store operations
Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station
Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products
Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards
Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with guests and team members
Contributes to store profitability
Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines
Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits
Correctly perform all necessary paperwork and bookwork at shifts end
Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels
Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record
May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings
Perform other duties as assigned by management
