Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three months related experience and/or training helpful
  • Experience working as a barista preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Work Permit
  • Valid health card
  • Hepatitis A vaccination
  • Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification
  • Payment Card Industry Training
  • Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening

Job Duties

  • Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- State of Washington Gaming Compact, Internal Controls, NIGC Regulations and KTEA Franchise Operations Policies and Procedures
  • Develops enthusiastically satisfied guests all of the time
  • Welcomes and connects with every guest
  • Discover guest needs and appropriately suggests product to enhance service and meet sales goals
  • Offers guests demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment
  • Responds to guests needs and says thank you to every guest
  • Provides quality beverages consistently for all guests
  • Prepares beverages to standards
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
  • Maintains quality store operations
  • Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station
  • Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products
  • Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards
  • Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with guests and team members
  • Contributes to store profitability
  • Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines
  • Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits
  • Correctly perform all necessary paperwork and bookwork at shifts end
  • Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record
  • May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
