Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in coffee or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work during current hours of 7 am to 2 pm
- Willingness to adapt to schedule changes as hours expand
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in specialty coffee, retail, hospitality, or customer service industries
- Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition and a sense of urgency while assisting guests
- Demonstrated passion for coffee and tea
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as part of a team
- Skillful in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Competent in understanding and following oral and written instructions
- Consistent and punctual attendance
- Proficient in cash handling
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and tea beverages
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build relationships
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge about coffee, tea, and Gooey Butter Cake
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies
