Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to participate in paid training and hands-on learning

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or barista experience is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Enthusiasm for coffee and willingness to learn
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages quickly and accurately
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
Motivate and support team members to achieve shared goals
Handle cash tips and ensure proper transaction procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
Follow all health and safety guidelines during operations
