Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
good communication skills
ability to work well within a team
previous coffee or food service experience is a plus
must be at least 16 years old

previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

greet customers with a positive attitude
prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to store standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
operate coffee brewing equipment and handle cash transactions
provide friendly and efficient customer service
restock supplies and inventory as needed
comply with all health and safety regulations
