Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work weekends 6am to 8pm
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to handle fast-paced work environment
excellent customer service skills
basic math and cash handling skills
willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred

Job Duties

greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
uphold Scooter's Coffee standards of excellence
work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere
handle cash registers and manage transactions accurately
restock supplies and assist with inventory management
