Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends
open availability preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks
commitment to punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented
adaptable
reliable
nurturing a healthy and safe working environment
Starbucks Barista certification may be required
no previous work experience required but preferred

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
