Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods
reliable and punctual
ability to memorize and follow recipes and procedures
willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
able to perform physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning
ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service or barista experience desirable
excellent communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
positive and team-oriented attitude
ability to multitask effectively
basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
provide fast, quality customer service
ensure the store is clean and products are stocked
perform shift opening and closing duties
memorize recipes and processes to maintain product consistency
resolve quality and service complaints
receive, unload, and distribute deliveries
