Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED graduate preferred
Minimum 3 months barista experience
Ability to provide quality customer service
Ability to handle stress under pressure
Ability to learn and use technical equipment such as espresso machines
Ability to accurately handle cash transactions
Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

At least 3 months of barista experience
Ability to handle stress under pressure
Ability to provide quality customer service
Ability to learn and use technical equipment such as espresso machines
Ability to accurately exchange currency with customers
Ability to reconcile all cash and currency
Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
Ability to learn and use company computer to input data
Ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

Prepare hot and cold beverages
Prepare foods for sale
Accurately handle cash and reconcile change due to customers
Open and/or close the coffeehouse as scheduled
Maintain cleanliness in coffeehouse and service areas at all times
Deliver quality customer service at all times
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of coffeehouse products as well as restaurant menu and general restaurant information (hours of service, specials, procedures, etc)
