Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or retail preferred
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
willingness to work varied shifts including weekends
ability to operate equipment such as scanners, registers, and coffee machines
adherence to food safety guidelines
availability for part-time union employment

experience in customer service
knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
ability to follow inventory and rotation processes
basic math and literacy skills

Job Duties

Make lasting connections with customers
prepare coffee products including hot and cold drinks and breakfast foods
fill and rotate cases and displays with some heavy lifting
maintain a clean and sanitary store environment
uphold Food and Beverage Standards
collaborate with the team on all department tasks
be punctual and work scheduled hours consistently
