- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing
- friendly and outgoing personality
- basic understanding of coffee and beverage preparation preferred

- previous experience in a customer service or food service environment preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- provide excellent customer service
- operate coffee making equipment efficiently
- manage inventory and restock supplies
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- assist with training new staff
