Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a barista or in coffee preparation preferred
- availability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:30 am
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work weekends
- pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must be available mornings and weekends
- excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time up to 8 hours
- coffee house experience preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and beverages accurately
- prepare grab and go food items
- process transactions including cash, credit card and room charge in POS system
- complete all sidework and opening and closing duties
- complete paperwork associated with closing cashier at end of shift
- maintain knowledge of property and local events to answer guest inquiries
- provide exceptional guest service every time
