Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to comply with all health, safety, and security procedures
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders and answering any questions
- call guests by name and thank them for their order
- provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- stay calm during periods of high volume and set a positive example for the team
- operate a cash register and receive payment from guests while following brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies
- keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and decorate customer display areas
- act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to enhance the culture, values, and mission of HMSHost while following operational policies including safety and security
