Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation to Dallas Love Field Airport
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Eagerness to learn new things and quickly pick up new skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, policies and rules, and request assistance when needed

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders, answering questions, calling guests by name and thanking them for their order
- Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards while providing legendary service
- Stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example for the team
- Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests while following brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
- Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and HMSHost while following operational policies and procedures including safety and security
- Collaborate well with others to create a strong and cooperative team environment
