Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- answer guest questions and call guests by name
- thank guests for their orders
- provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently according to recipe and presentation standards
- deliver legendary customer service
- stay calm during high volume periods to maintain smooth store operations
- operate a cash register and manage payment transactions following brand and company policies
- keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to uphold the brand and company culture, values and mission
- follow operational policies and procedures including safety and security guidelines
