Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED highly preferred
- managerial experience in food service within bar/grill and catering
- current BASSET license
- managers Illinois Food Sanitation Certificate
- knowledge of point-of-sale system backend
- ability to teach and manage food service team
- consistent attendance
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to perform basic math operations
- physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands and reach
- able to work in environments with moderate noise and exposure to mechanical parts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee food and drink service ensuring quality standards
- handle all transactions and follow company guidelines
- order, coordinate, setup and execute all park and ice rink catering events
- prepare bar, kitchen, and catering areas daily
- actively work within or assist the department as needed
- adjust staffing and production levels based on demand
- keep track of costs and control expenses
- maintain stock by ordering and checking inventory
- lead staff meetings and train team members
- complete required administrative reports
- ensure compliance with environmental health and safety policies
- fill in for Foods Operations Manager as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
