Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years related foodservice or hospitality experience
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to stand and walk extensively
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Ability to adapt to varied work schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 2 years foodservice/hospitality experience
- Similar venue experience a plus
- Ability to read and speak English
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests professionally
- Ability to make sound business/operations decisions quickly and under pressure
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess working knowledge of all existing concessions locations and facility access
- Possess a valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required
- Possess knowledge of applicable sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, and safety standards
- Ability to calculate basic math functions related to POS transactions, cash reconciliation and inventory
- Ability to consistently adhere to high standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics and confidentiality
Job Duties
- Responsible for the preparation, quality control, and oversight of alcoholic beverages and bars relative to all stadium functions
- Adheres to and monitors sanitation practices relative to all stadium functions including beverage production and holding, dating and labeling
- Will assist with bar inventories, consumption sheets, and monthly inventories
- Supports and prepares for concessions events including opening, closing, and supervising concessions stands when necessary
- Will assist with determining ordering levels of beverage supplies for events including mixers, garnish, and alcohol
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of beverage equipment, bars, and storage areas
- Ensures proper handling of all equipment and their proper storage after use
- Assists in performing routine maintenance and cleaning
- Responsible for leading small teams during beverage preparation and production in addition to training and leading bartenders for set up and events
- Supervision of bartenders, watching for overpouring, quality control, and bar safety
- Regularly review schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Regular and reliable attendance will require a varied schedule of days, night, weekends and possibly holidays
- Performs other duties as required
